did not like it
bookshelves: psychology, not-finished

Ok, I made it to page 175, and was so bored that I could not go on. Somehow this book managed to lure me past the 50-page mark by having an occasional insight that was interesting enough to keep me reading. However, this is not pop-culture psychology -- it's the kind with lots of statistics and talking down to the reader. Did I mention that it is boring? Sorry I wasted several days of my life on this....

MD If you couldn't finish it I might as well take this off of my TBR list! Ha!

Sarah you could always try...but I don't recommend you waste your time.

Remco Perhaps the books touches some of your sacred cows. I missed one critical bit until a third read -too close to home so blocked. Best read in decades for me.
