Thinking, Fast and Slow

Fantastic book on the ways our minds work--sometimes fast, sometimes slow, right often, wrong enough that we should be more careful. Despite my interest in economics, I found the sections on prospect theory pretty dry. Definitely worth the read for the first two sections and the final section, though.
