I have always known that logic and rational thoughts were difficult, but now I know why! My brain is built that way. I do have some problems with the ideas the author puts forward. He seems in favor of the paternalistic libertarianism. We used to have paternalism in medicine and that is now a vilified concept. Maybe others took away a different impression. This book took a long time to read as it is packed with thought exercises and challenging ideas. I recommend it without hesitation.
